2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and older who are registered healthcare professionals, medical students, or related participants. By using the Platform, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

4. User Account

You are required to create an account to register for events and make payments.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Event Registration and Payment

Users may register for medical events (seminars, symposiums, workshops, etc.) listed on the Platform.
Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
Fees, once paid, are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 6 below.
PT. Cipta Acara Sukses Indonesia is not responsible for any technical issues, internet connection failures, or payment gateway errors beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the cancellation policy of each event organizer. PT. Cipta Acara Sukses Indonesia may assist in facilitating refund requests but does not guarantee approval. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, registered users will be notified and refunded according to the organizer's policy.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Not upload, post, or share any false, misleading, or harmful content.
Not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Platform's operations.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and data on this Platform are owned or licensed by PT. Cipta Acara Sukses Indonesia. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

PT. Cipta Acara Sukses Indonesia provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or performance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. Responsibility for event content, quality, and fulfillment lies with the event organizers.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Indonesian data protection regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for event registration and communication purposes.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this Platform shall be settled amicably or, if necessary, through the District Court of Jakarta, Indonesia.
