Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations and purchases made through Acaramedika.com, operated by PT. Cipta Acara Sukses Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for an event or purchasing services via our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for in-person events, hybrid events, and online events (webinars, recorded courses, etc.) sold or managed through Acaramedika.com. Specific event organizers may maintain additional terms; in case of a conflict, the organizer's published policy for that event will apply unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may request cancellation subject to the following guidelines:

Note: Administrative fees cover payment gateway charges and processing costs. Refund amounts and timing may vary depending on the payment method and the event organizer's specific terms.
3. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, registered participants will be offered one of the following options:
- Full refund (100% of the ticket fee), or
- Transfer of registration to a rescheduled date or to another comparable event (if available).
If an event is postponed, participants may choose to keep the registration for the new date or request a full refund.
4. Substitutions
Participants may nominate a substitute attendee up to 7 days before the event by contacting our support team with the substitute's full name and contact details. Substitutions may be subject to an administrative fee at the discretion of the organizer.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. The refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and the customer's bank and may take between 7-21 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Costs
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Payment gateway fees and transaction charges
- Administrative costs already incurred
- Costs for materials or certificates that have already been issued or processed
- Any other non-refundable supplier costs (e.g., venue or catering commitments)
7. Online / Webinar & On-demand Content
For online events and recorded courses:
- If login credentials, course access, or download links have already been issued, the registration is generally non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a live session does not entitle the participant to a refund unless the organizer is responsible for a platform failure.
8. Refund Denial
Refund requests may be denied if:
- The participant violated event rules or code of conduct
- The participant used falsified information during registration
- Evidence indicates the participant transferred access or credentials without authorization
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team with the following information:

- Reason for cancellation
- Bank details if refund to a bank account is required and cannot be processed to the original card

10. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), the organizer may postpone or cancel events. In such cases, options will be provided to participants, including refunds or transfers, subject to organizer discretion.
11. Special Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to exceptional personal circumstances (medical emergency, travel restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on Acaramedika.com. Continued registration or use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
